PROBLEM STATEMENT
With a lot of users pivoting to a digital buying experience, Fraserway RV faced the challenge of making their extensive inventory easily accessible to potential buyers. Their existing parent site had a complicated structure that made finding RVs difficult. The objective was to create a user- friendly microsite that would simplify the shopping process and showcase their offers, deals, and inventory more effectively.
RESEARCH & DISCOVERY
Research for Fraserway RV Canada’s project began with an in-depth assessment of development needs and strategic plans with the client, who provided an initial draft strategy. We went on to do our market analysis and UI/UX evaluations of other competitors which informed our new development strategy and workplace.
User testing refined key elements of the website, validating design and UI elements. This led to streamlined navigation and enriched content curation, highlighting Fraserway RV’s extensive inventory and deals
GOALS
Developing Fraserway RV Canada’s microsite focused on modernizing the brand identity and website design, creating a platform for seamless RV shopping across Canada. We wanted to make sure the filtration process and the information architecture was intuitive.Furthermore creating features like comparing multiple RV’s and their specs together, financing and leasing calculators and linking it with what rates banks across Canada had to offer- added a more nuanced shopping experience to users.

Our design emphasized clear information architecture and filtration hierarchy, making it easy for users to navigate and find the perfect RV tailored to their needs. We ensured mobile friendliness to provide a seamless experience on all devices. The visual design incorporated the brand colors to maintain strong brand recognition. DEVELOPMENT
The Fraserway RV Canada microsite was built using custom WordPress with a Woocomerce and Salesforce integration. Our development team focused on creating a responsive and cross- browser compatible platform. We integrated Salesforce to streamline client interactions and improve data management. By adhering to industry standards, we ensured optimal performance, allowing users to explore RV options effortlessly
Post-Microsite Success
After the success of the microsite, Fraserway RV sought to enhance their main website's UI/UX. We conducted a thorough audit and revamped their "Buy Now" page completely. Our primary focus was to make the listings page more approachable, ensuring the right UI hierarchy for displaying packed information within thumbnails. Additionally, we revamped their Product Detail Pages (PDP) to highlight essential features that were previously missing, improving overall user experience and accessibility.
