Hush Beauty is a specialized boutique oering a suite of surgical and non-surgical beauty services for clients in and around Vancouver, British Columbia. Hush’s expertise lies in providing tailored treatment plans that cater to every individual’s unique needs and beauty goals. They focus on creating a personalized communication process to directly address concerns, developing a comprehensive strategy that ensures natural and beautiful results.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Hush Beauty's challenge was to create an online presence that communicated its unique value proposition, personalized services, and exceptional results to potential clients.
Nirvana undertook the task of conceptualizing a platform that would do justice to Hush Beauty’s aim of oering bespoke beauty solutions.
The objective was to create a compelling and user-friendly website that would not only highlight Hush Beauty's services but also provide an engaging and informative experience for visitors.
RESEARCH & DISCOVERY
Research for Hush Beauty’s project began with an in-depth assessment of development needs and strategic plans with the client, who provided an initial draft strategy. Market analysis and UI/ UX evaluations of other competitors informed the new development strategy and workplace.
User testing rened key elements of the website, validating design and UI elements. This led to streamlined navigation and enriched content curation, emphasizing Hush Beauty's personalized treatment plans and expertise.
GOALS
Developing Hush Beauty’s online presence focused on modernizing the brand identity, website design, and creating a platform for seamless booking and client engagement. We collaborated with the client using low-delity wireframes and multiple design iterations to nalize the new look and key user functionalities, ensuring an intuitive interface and cohesive brand identity.

We assessed Selena Travel Canada‘s information architecture jointly with the client, agreeing on a streamlined content hierarchy and improved navigation elements to enhance user experience.

In addition to the website, Nirvana also handled the creation of Hush Beauty's social media and print assets. Our team developed visually engaging and cohesive social media graphics, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
We created promotional materials, including brochures, yers, and posters, that effectively communicate Hush Beauty's services and special offers. These assets were designed to attract and retain clients by highlighting the boutique's expertise and personalized approach to beauty treatments.
