I. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project cost is to be paid by the client before the commencement of any website design work. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website goes live.
II. In cases where the final payment remains outstanding, Nirvana reserves the right to withhold the launch of the website until all payments are received.

14. Limitations on Third-Party Services
